- Totals are in for December 2014 home sales in Belleville.
I could not be happier to report the home sales in our area were up 4.65% over last year. Even better, the "Pending Sales" (Sales that have contracts on them) were up an astounding 57.14% over last year.
Seeing the growth in the market, Sellers are starting to come out with a 13.85% increase in New listings over the same time last year. With more new homes on the market, you would assume that the days it takes to sell a home may increase, but we have actually DECREASED the time it takes to sell your home by 6.54%..
I have decreased my clients days on the market by an astounding 23% over last year due to a very aggressive marketing program.
